Answer: Global Mobility needs to move fast and adapt fast. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) has a role in Global mobility, it has a role in HR and every part of the organization. It will impact the roles that we have some to a to a different degree. We will perhaps a run through 30% of existing role some roles will be affected 60 or 80%. It varies depending on the nature of the roles. The more if you think about if it can be automated it will be automated.
